I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy, ensuring that clients feel safe, empowered, and in control of their healing process. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both NHS and private settings, including charity organisations, and I am passionate about promoting mental well-being through accessible, inclusive, and empowering psychological care. My goal is to support clients in making meaningful and lasting change, at a pace that feels right for them.
